Booking Conditions

A valid credit card (VISA, MASTER) is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax.


1 Reservations

Reservations can be made over the telephone, by electronic mail, via internet, in person, or through an travel Agent, without any obligation
On receipt of a deposit or full payment we will issue and send a confirmation invoice in exchange. Your confirmation invoice will show your booking and payment details
To make a booking request you must correctly complete the reservation form on the website. When completing the booking form you must submit valid credit card details of a card you have authorisation to use.
You must submit a valid email address on the reservation form.
The hotel reservation voucher will be sent to the email address entered on the booking form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking.
Cyprus Tourism Centre does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the entry of your email address.
Reservations made over the internet Full payment is generally required at time of booking unless specifically stated in the booking process.


2 Payments
If you only paid a deposit then you must pay the balance upon arrival to the hotel . The rest aomunt will be taken by our staff during the check / in or the day after you arrive to the hotel



3 Cancellations by you (Services other than Flights)

Should you for any reason have to cancel your booking you must give us written notice of cancellation signed by the person who originally made the booking. The cancellation charges will depend on the time your written notification is received and it will be levied as below

Note : If your booking was for only 1 night then the full amount will be charged
There may be exception to these charges for higher class of hotels , specially at the peak season such as July , August . Please enquire when you book
We will confirm your cancellation/amendment once we have processed the request. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours after submission, it is deemed to be not received and you must resubmit it. All amendments are subject to the rates and availability on our website at the time the amendment is processed.
A cancellation may result in refunds to you which will be made in the form of a credit to your credit card account. All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner (typically this takes 4 to 5 working days for the instruction to leave our bank). The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with your credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our bank it can take up to one month for the proceeds to arrive in your account.


4 Cancellation or amendment by us (The Company)
These can be either changing your resort or accommodation. If this is the case, we will always offer you an alternative hotel of equivalent or superior quality . You may accept the change or you can cancel your holiday and receive full refund with the appropriate compensation. If we have to change your holiday arrangements on your departure date, after you depart or when you are in the resort we will try to place you in a similar or higher standard accommodation in the same or similar resort . You have no right to cancel your holiday after you arrive or while in the resort if we offer you a suitable alternative.

In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems with your accommodation please inform the accommodation reception staff or management immediately, to enable them to take appropriate action.
Should you not be satisfied with the solutions offered, please contact Cyprus Tourism Centre Customer Services, whilst you are at the accommodation, and we will offer all reasonable assistance to try and rectify the situation to your satisfaction. 24h/7days + 90 392 816 05 16 ( 533 869 05 18)
Cyprus Tourism Centre acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider and therefore cannot accept any liability for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any accommodation provider.
Important Note

Compensation arrangements do not apply to circumstances which are beyond our Control. We can cancel your holiday in the following circumstances: War, Threat of war, riots, civil strife or terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, Airport closures, bad weather conditions and similar events beyond our control.


5 Our responsibility
We arrange contracts for accommodation and other local services with suppliers who in our belief are reputable companies and run safe and efficient businesses. We accept responsibility and pay compensation if our suppliers fail to provide the services they agreed to provide if these services formed part of the package sold to you when booked. We will accept liability for claims for personal injury arising as a result of our staff or suppliers being negligent while in the course of their employment or contract.



6 Your Responsibility
a) You are responsible to check the confirmation/invoice and inform us of any error immediately.
b). It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that passports, visas, vaccination certificates or other necessary travel documents are valid for the entire journey. If we or the carrier are fined as a result of you holding incorrect documents you may be asked to pay this amount.
c). You are also responsible to observe the laws and regulations of the country you are visiting.



7 Behaviour
We can end your holiday if you or any member of your party behaves or proves likely to behave in a manner to cause danger, damage or distress to other customers, employees, accommodation or any one else. If your holiday is ended for this reason we are not liable to complete your holiday arrangements , make any refunds or compensation or any other costs you have to pay or fines imposed by the authorities of the country you are visiting. We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others in your accommodation or flight, or if you are not allowed.



8 Passports and Visas

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents/have complied with all compulsory requirements before departure.
All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation/complying with all requirements must be paid by you. We regret we cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation.



9 Special requests

If you have special requests, you should inform us of such requests prior to departure. We will advise the relevant supplier of your requirements, but we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met. Furthermore, we have no liability to you if such requests are not met.


10 Legislation and Courts of Jurisdiction

The application and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by current and applicable North Cyprus Legislation. In the event of any discrepancy which may arise from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions, the parties, with express waiver of any other court of jurisdiction which might apply, if any, shall abide by the Jurisdiction and Competence of the Courts of North Cyprus.
